The service

Food Noted is a personal food diary with a nutrition coach that uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutrition values and give advice. Estimates are indicative and may be inaccurate.

Not medical care

Food Noted is not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or nutritionist. If you have health problems, are pregnant, have an eating disorder or a chronic illness, consult a professional.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account in Settings at any time — this deletes all data. We may block accounts misused to bypass limits or overload the service.

Free trial, free plan and subscription

A new account gets 7 days of full access for free, without entering payment details.
After the trial, everything without artificial intelligence stays free, plus 1 AI meal analysis per day.
The subscription unlocks unlimited analyses (with a fair-use limit), daily and weekly reviews, recommendations and other features marked in the app.
The subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the app and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are handled by the store (Apple / Google) under its own rules.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made based on the app's estimates and advice, or for short outages. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and will announce material changes in the app in advance. The relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic; consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
