Who processes your data
The data controller is RAW Future s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24051446, Husova 594/6, 602 00 Brno, Česká republika. For anything related to your data, write to us at zeman@rawfuture.cz.
What data we process
- Account — name, e-mail and password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable).
- Profile — sex, height, year of birth, weight and body composition, activity level, goals and dietary restrictions.
- Diary — descriptions and photos of meals, drinks, hydration, supplements and reviews.
- Health documents — blood test results, if you upload them.
- Activity — active calories from Apple Health, Health Connect or Garmin Connect, if you connect them.
- Location — approximate coordinates for the weather forecast only, if you allow it.
- Subscription — subscription status and type from the App Store / Google Play. We never see payment details.
- Technical data — notification token, sign-in and error logs.
Health data
Data about your diet, weight, activity and blood tests is a special category of personal data. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent given at sign-up (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
Why we use the data
- Keeping your diary, calculating goals and overviews.
- Estimating nutrition values and giving advice using artificial intelligence.
- Reminders and weekly summaries via notifications.
- Managing the free trial and subscription.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with anyone except the processors below.

Transfers outside the EU
Processors in the USA receive data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
For as long as your account exists. Meal photos are deleted after 400 days (the diary entry remains). After you delete your account we remove all data without undue delay, and from backups within 30 days at the latest.
Your rights
- Access and portability — write to us and we will send you your data in a machine-readable format.
- Rectification — directly in the app.
- Erasure — Settings → Delete account deletes the account with all data. Without the app, write to us from the e-mail address you registered with.
- Withdrawal of consent, objection and restriction — write to us.
- Complaint to your data protection authority (in the Czech Republic: uoou.gov.cz).
